House of Joy offers a warm, thoughtfully designed space where guests can truly relax and reconnect.

In Main House, two separately located, comfortable bedrooms that provide privacy and restful sleep. Also a dedicated bunk zone featuring four adult-size built-in bunkbeds-a fun and cozy space perfect adults or teens.
The Treehouse and Guest Cottage are two charming, stand-alone spaces that offer comfort, peace, and a unique coastal experience. The Treehouse, outfitted with a queen bed, cozy linens, and HVAC for year-round comfort. The Guest Cottage, features a queen bed, TV, and HVAC for a restful and cozy stay.
Two full bathrooms in Main House, and one shared bathroom for Tree house and Cottage, each stocked with essentials for a stress-free stay.
The main house has a welcoming lounge area with plush seating-perfect for reading, sipping
wine, watching your favorite shows, or enjoying conversation.
