Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11am .Please double check everything outside is cover all outdoor furniture (pool.. fire pit Sofa and bar b q )…. that was covered upon your arrival.
Please strip beds that where slept in and put all dirty towels and sheets in laundry room
Finally Double check nothing’s jammed in pool filter and lock up everything (Shed and Doors)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was great and very clean. The yard was perfect for my kids and the playroom kept them busy when it rained. There was plenty of room for my family to hang out but also have our own spaces. Easy to get to downtown and to the beaches.There is a train track nearby but it wasn't too bad. This was a wonderful place to stay.

This was a great property and location if you want to be close to the historic district. The house is beautiful and looks just like the photos, it was also very clean. The whole neighborhood area does not all look like the row of houses in the photo, it confused me a bit while I was driving through but was easy to spot once I found it. It is close to an active railroad track, i did wake up around 3am the nights i stayed because of how close the tracks are, is a bit loud. It wasn’t too bad, but just something to point out 😊. The owner is very polite and professional and communicated with me whenever I had any questions. It was a wonderful trip, the backyard area is beautiful as well! It does mention in the description that 2 cars can fit on the driveway, if you are driving 2 sedans you’ll fit. If you are driving two big cars or trucks it may be a tight fit on the driveway.
