Remodeled 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo within walking distance to boardwalk, restaurants and park. Open layout floor plan with large kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances! Includes a fully stocked kitchen with crockpot, utensils, 4 slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker and Braun muilti-serve coffee maker. Covered front deck and enjoy the sun on rear deck. Includes BBQ grill, table/ chairs. Front deck has large patio sitting area set. WIFI and 65” TV along with a television in each bedroom with Roku sticks. New Central Air Conditioner and heating system along with ceiling fans. This is a great rental for families. We apologize we do not rent to minors or smokers (sorry).
If you’re looking for a quiet street where you can truly relax and unwind at the shore while still close to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants, then this condo is perfect for you! Conveniently Situated in the center of Ocean City.
A beach buggy cart is included. Public fishing pier and gazebo on the bay is just 2 blocks away and offers great views of the sunset. The condo is five short blocks from the beach (less than a 10-minute walk) to be conveniently at 14th street which is the beginning of stores and on the boardwalk. The condo is also located close to the shops and restaurants in Downtown Ocean City along Asbury Ave. Mallon's Bakery is right around the corner and Mario's and Piccini Restaurants are a five-minute walk away. Enjoy a short walk to Johnny B. Goode's Ice Cream Parlor. Park with basketball courts and a children's playground close by. Bike Path close by.

The condo was very clean and fully stocked with everything you need, including every kitchen appliance you might need, cleaning supplies, etc. The furniture is very comfortable. Bring paper products and linens for beds & bath. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provide anything you need during your stay. They are pet-friendly and family friendly. They made our summer stay a wonderful experience we will never forget!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great location that we could walk to the beach, boardwalk, downtown, restaurants, etc. Sal was very welcoming and available but we never needed to reach out because all was already perfect :)

Very Relaxing!

The weather didn't cooperate (sand blasting winds almost all week) to be on the beach, but our vacation overall was very relaxing in a lovely home with great decks (to get away from the wind :0) and plenty of available on-street parking (never rented a place without dedicated parking, so we were concerned, but it was never a problem). Will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful condo!

Love the open concept, beautiful kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Very clean and easily accessible to many locations. Nice walk to the boardwalk and local restaurants. Peaceful neighborhood too! Besides the weather that week everything was great!

Lovely property, fully equipt kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of space, and everything you would hope for! Tvs in every room with cable tv which was great for the kids. The owner is super nice and responsive. Definitely will stay again!

Beautiful, clean, spacious condo

As others have said we loved our week at this condo. It's beautifully redone and decorated nicely. It was a great location on a quiet street which is great if you have young kids that go to bed early. We were able to easily walk to the boardwalk, beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and appreciated the hospitality shown by Sal and his family.

Great place!

We had four adults, four kids, and a small dog - everyone was very comfortable! The adults each had a bedroom, and the kids shared the third bedroom (bunk bed and a double bed). All the amenities were great - outdoor decks, grill, outside shower, beach caddy, etc. And communication with the owner was terrific, very responsive. The 10-minute walk to the beach was very easy, especially with a stop at Wawa on the way :) Hoping we can do it again next year!

The owners were wonderful to work with. They answered any questions we had and made us feel at home. Parking on the weekend is challenging but we made it work. During the week parking opens up vey nicely. The inside of the house is very nice and clean and the front porch had a great breeze blowing everyday in the afternoon.

Couldn't have been much better!

From the moment I requested to book until the moment that we drove away, Silvestro was a wonderful owner! This fresh and beautiful three bedroom was perfect for our July fourth vacation! After grocery shopping, we parked the car and didn't drive it again for six days! Everything within walking distance including RiteAid, Wawa, Acme grocery store and restaurants galore. The boardwalk and beach were about 6 blocks away, and the beach tags were right there for us with a security deposit that was hassle-free. Silvestro was VERY prompt responding to all my emails/text messages. He was on site throughout our stay doing work on the first floor unit; very pleasant and responsive to our needs. The unit itself is beautifully laid out just as in the pictures. We were originally going to be a group of four kids (ages 11-16) and two adults. By the end of the week with additional family coming, we were able to have enough sleeping space (we had room for two queen air mattresses we brought) on one night for Five adults, four kids and an infant! We brought our sheets and towels as these are not provided. There were a few house linens there (as people probably leave a piece behind here and there) as well as laundry, dishwasher, and dish soap, and a small amount of paper towels and toilet paper. We had brought a few games with us, and glad we did as we love games and didn't find any at the property. I would not hesitate to stay in this property again; it was everything we could have asked for! Thanks Silvestro for your hard work at making your rental special!

Perfect home away from home

This property was even cuter in person. It was super clean, beds were very comfortable, location was great, the home was bright and fresh. The decks were awesome - light in the front during the first half of the day and in the back at the second half. The check-in experience was easy an smooth, and the owner was quick to respond to any questions! I would definitely recommend this property!

Ocean City 2022

First off, I'd like to say we have been renting shore homes in Ocean City for more then 15 years now. Our experience with Sal and Joann was by far the most pleasant. They made us feel very welcome which is not always the case when you have pets. More then once they reached out to us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The area was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It was also close to areas that made it convenient to walk your pet.The home was extremely clean, many of the amenities brand new, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely happy with our stay! September Away

From Labor Day weekend until the early fall of end of September we were lucky to call this place home. It's super clean and comfortable, great location and the wifi is strong enough for multiple students learning virtually. Owners are so nice and responsive.

Pictures are deceiving

We just want you to know how disappointed were in your rental property. First the floors were dirty with crumbs and sand, spider webs on the kitchen wall, crumbs under the couch cushions. I also fixed your ice maker as it was all frozen up.{ i have pictures for proof } We have rented many family vacation rentals and your was VERY disappointing to say the least! You need to invest in a shower outside, redo your floating floors that are popping up for "safty" reasons! Get a working grill. leave a vacuum so we don't have sand on our feet and bedding 24/7... We will also be contacting Vrbo to they are aware of this situation. Thank you for taking our money and not giving us what the property offered. We would like some kind of refund for my cleaning fees...

The apartment is nice and the owners very pleasant.

I gave it 4 stars because we felt it lacked a few essential items. One of the most important items is access to an outside shower. No matter how you used the hose, sand would come into the apartment with you. It would also have been helpful to have had some basic cleaning supplies, cleanser and a broom and dustpan that worked. The broom fell apart and the dustpan didn’t pick up well. We had grandchildren and consistently cleaned up. We ended up buying supplies. I just mention this for the owner to see. Thank you.
