The house was in a nice location not far from Forks center. There is lots to do....ping pong and other games. We picked fresh blackberries in the yard to eat. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of towels. But the thing i loved the most was the large and very clean jacuzzi! Thanks for a great stay!
Lovely place, great communication, everything you need in the kitchen, great location, comfortable beds, very clean, great to have a grill. Only thing that would’ve made it better is faster WiFi. But then again, we were there to enjoy nature and each other so it fit the bill.
Ample room throughout with everything in proper working order. Hot tub wasn't warming initially, but with a quick clarification our host explained how to get it nice and warm which was the big bonus at this house. The grounds are gorgeous. Quick communication and response really made everything great despite slow-ish internet. If we are ever in Forks again, this will definitely be on the list to consider first off.
We had the best stay! Joanna thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. We saw a herd of elk our first morning here in the backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub and made dinner on the back patio. The house was very clean, there were tons of towels, kitchen supplies and games. It was a great location for visiting the beaches and the town. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!
The space smelled musty when we first entered but after leaving the windows open for a short time that issue was completely resolved. Having now spent time in other rentals I have to agree with the other reviews that this place was incredible. Host included a new, packaged sponge at the kitchen sink as well as a packaged roll of paper towel. Although the new paper towel was not necessary we were delighted to not have to use a gross, well-used sponge to wash up the kitchen. That’s the kind of care and attention to detail that is at this location. There are *glass* glasses in the cabinet instead of plastic. There was some fragrance on the linens but it wasn’t a lot. The back porch was roomy and extremely comfortable. I will gladly return.
I was a little hesitant to book a property with zero VRBO reviews, but this place blew me away! I've stayed in more than a few VRBO rentals and Joanna's home was by far the cleanest and most accurate listing I've encountered. Whether you're in Forks for all the Twilight things or looking for a rainforest retreat, this place has it all. I highly recommend the short walk to the Elk Creek Conservation Area. It's like a mini Hoh Rainforest without the crowds and the hike is equally as enchanting. Absolutely loved our stay at Magnolia Inn!
This house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen includes everything guests need to cook meals--lots of small appliances (air fryer, electric griddle, air popper for popcorn, blender, etc.) The amenities were great--we loved the excellent selection of teas! (No coffee drinkers in our group, so we can't comment on the coffee, but it looked like there was a good selection). The weather was unusual for Forks (the vampires would have been sparkling) --sunny and hot! We took full advantage of the covered patio, sitting out in the evening in the comfortable seating area and using the dining table for an al fresco breakfast in the sun. Thank you for making this property available to guests!
