First Girls Trip to Joplin and really didn’t k ow where to stay until this charming little place showed up! Absolutely perfect for our purposes of relaxing, enjoying some local sights, and checking out the food scene! I cannot recommend this place enough! It met all our needs, and was located just outside the “hub” of Joplin so it’s quiet and cozy at night! Candace was so easy to communicate with and she promptly responded to my many questions! We will be staying here again!

If i could give this property a zero, i would. Do not believe the pictures. The home is carpeted, dingy and has a musty/moldy smell that made me sick. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were crumbs on the furniture, the window units were covered with blankets, and the screen door wasn't functional. We had to check into a hotel and cancelled the rest of our stay. Beware!

This house exceeded expectations! It was remote and quiet, yet not far from everything you need. You feel like you're far out of town when you're really close, and the surrounding neighborhood is just beautiful.The house itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd need including a quiet little front porch to watch the world go by.The road in from I-44 runs along Shoal Creek - the parks and walking trails there are amazing!We will definitely book this property again next time we're in Joplin.
