The Ultimate Beach Paradise Condo is right on the beach of "GULF OF AMERICA"

Spa like ambience for a romantic holiday is our goal for you. Freshly painted and redecorated since Hurricane Ian. The new beach re-nourishment project is almost complete.
Eloquently appointed with a fire place, a 55' flat screen TV Porcelain tile flooring, window and wall coverings, upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures, quartz countertops, quality appliances, lighting and furniture.

The master bedroom has a full view of the beach and Gulf of America, flat screen TV and a Temper-Pedic king bed with bamboo linens. Guest bedroom has a Temper-Pedic queen bed with new linens, a flat screen TV and a washer dryer in the closet.
The center unit lanais are large and spacious. Great for morning coffee, meals and sunsets.
Hurricane Ian destroyed the pool and pool deck. We do not have a pool at this moment nor do we have our BBQ grills. Sad to report that the tiki hut is gone. Expecting pool to be completed by the end of October.
Our gated community at Gateway Villas is a wonderful feature offering parking and security.
Security camera monitors front and door lock has a camera for your safety.

Terrific location. Beautiful views. Washing machine was broken leaked flooded the place. No laundry basket for when we had to do laundry on ground floor (we were on first).Had to deal with repair folks two different days. Smoke alarms didn’t have batteries in them. Front door didn’t work properly. Noise from construction workers all day and into the night everyday. Loved the fort myers area just a little disappointed in accommodations.

Relaxing vacation

The property was updated and very clean and in a perfect location. The views were amazing and you couldn’t beat the walk to the beach. It was overall a great experience! We would definitely book again!!!

Steps from the beach

We loved the condo, very nice, gated, and towards quiet end. We spoke with Brad which is the manager/ maintenance guy, super nice very knowledgeable about the island. The only thing I wasn't a fan about was the lanai is screened in - obstructs the beautiful view ( I believe it's a policy with the building). Great place. Michelle V :)

Worst rental ever for the price

We arrived with so much difficulty trying to enter and couldn’t reach anyone. When we entered, the lanai was nothing like the photo. Not the same furniture, dirty rugs and one of the overhead lights was out. The dining room chairs were totally destroyed to the point that we couldn’t use them without the shredding fake leather being all over our clothes and floor. Owner finally said she knew it and had ordered new ones and would have maintenance bring new ones. Chairs never showed nor would she respond to any more of our requests. Master bed comforter was old and wrinkled. Pillows were lumpy. Kitchen and baths were true to photos.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was beautiful and clean with a fully stocked kitchen and great amenities to use on the beach (towels, chairs, and an umbrella). Great location with easy access to the beach within a few steps! The screened-in porch was the best part of the stay! Perfect for meals with an ocean view, watching the sunset, or just relaxing with the sound of the waves. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect condo right on the beach

We have stayed in this condo 2 times and it is by far our favorite spot. The condo is updated inside, great beach view, super nice property manager, and we will definitely be back. We liked it so much we referred some other people staying in the complex to our unit. They loved it, and said it was much nicer than the other condos they were staying in at the same building.

The condo is exceptional. If you're looking for a well-kept, very peaceful and relaxing place to stay on Fort Myers Beach, this is it! We loved the location, the well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the lanai.

Beautiful condo!

We loved everything about the unit. It is right on the beach, walking distance to all local restaurants and far enough away from the overcrowded area down by TimeSquare. I would definitely rent from Holly again!

Fantastic

This condo was absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated! The screened in porch was large and spacious. Everything about this property was well thought out. The only not so great thing thing (and I didn’t find out until the day we left) was the cleanliness of the sheets in the smaller bedroom. My 17 year old said there had been a blood spot on his sheets when he crawled in the first night.

Perfect getaway.

We felt lucky to have landed this beach condo for 2 weeks in March. It was well supplied with beach chairs, an umbrella and other amenities. So nice to have the washer and dryer too. Tried to book again for next year but it was already taken.

March Trip

Building had no security. Both entrances were propped open 24 x 7. There were no instructions in the unit about where to put trash or whether to recycle. No instructions how to operate fans/lights. WIFI password was hidden in plain site labeled "Cable Password". As an experienced traveler, I expected more for the price charged.

The location of the Gateway Villas was perfect. The condo was beautiful and accommodated our needs . It would have been nice to have a blanket to curl up on the couch. The pool was very nice. The owners and other guests we met were very nice. The beach was nice

Great stay on the beach

2 bedroom condo with screened in porch overlooking the beach from 3rd floor of a maybe 6 or 7 floor condo building. Beds comfortable. Bathroom luxurious. Kitchen well equipped. Cable TV minimal plan. We brought our Apple TV. Great place and Holly was very accessible and a problem solver. My only problem is we had to miss first 3 days due to Covid. I thought there would be some financial remediation but that money was completely lost.

Perfect in every way!

We loved the location, just enough up the beach from the business of the pier but close enough to walk to shops, the pier, the shuttle stop and some restaurants. Our view of the white sand beach and sunsets was exceptional! The condo has comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a lovely pool area as well. We would like to return. Great holiday!

the condo not only had everything you could want it had the highest quality, it was obviously professionally decorated with the best appliances, bathrooms were beautiful, bedrooms were excellent , balcony was very large with two ceiling fans with two comfortable chairs, a large table with 4 chairs, location is perfect, close enough to the main shopping and dining area to walk to but far enough away that it is peaceful, trust me that is important, that area can really wear on you after a while, plenty of gated parking, the pool is extremely clean, the building grounds are in impeccable shape, i dropped the door key down the elevator shaft and had to call the person in charge of the building and had the key back in less than 5 minutes, very impressive service ! apparently there was some issue with water pressure with the sinks and the same person had that problem fixed in 2 minutes, i would definitely stay again.

Very nice place directly on the beach!

The property was awesome, right on the beach, very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location was great, on the beach, but not on the busy side. A short walk to the Pier and shops. Beautiful accomodations. The Lanai was great for watching sunsets.

Great Place to Stay

Awesome place and location. It's a ten minute walk to Times Square, yet far enough that the beach in front of the condo isn't too busy. The condo is as advertised...slight differences in furniture, but not material. There was fast internet - 200Mbps. The best part is the lanai and the fabulous view of the ocean. The pool was great and well maintained. The only thing I didn't care for is the exterior Nest camera pointed at the door - not crazy about comings and goings monitored. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

We loved everything about this beautiful condo. The location was perfect...steps from the beach..5-10 minute walk to time square area. The quality of the beds, the well stocked kitchen , beach chairs with matching towels.., the comfort of the furniture..went above and beyond. We would stay here again and again..

Nice Condo few things would make it even better

Modern, updated inside with nice appliances, roomy. Nicely decorated, clean and organized. NIce beachfront balcony, has beach chairs and umbrella. Good location close to Times Square. There were no blankets on the beds or in the closets. Only had basic cable not even ESPN or HGTV. For the money upgrade your cable! No wifi that I could determine, no info on what router or password. Really need a book with all the info, such as no one told us there was a garbage chute at the end of the building on our floor. No couch or fire pit on the balcony which is shown in the pictures, need to update your pictures.
