Due to permit delays after Hurricane Ian in 2022, the beachfront pool will not reopen until sometime in April 2026 and pricing is discounted until then. This is an opportunity for a prime season beach vacation at a great price. Beach supplies including a beach buggy, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and beach towels are provided. Three nearby beachfront resorts sell day passes if you would like access to a pool. Please note that the exterior photos are from before Hurricane Ian and reflect what the new pool and grounds will look like when the pool construction and landscaping are completed. You will love this beachfront fifth (top) floor condominium on Fort Myers Beach with spectacular sunset views over the palm trees and beachfront pool. With windows in every room and panoramic beach views, enjoy being just steps from the beach and directly above the heated beachfront pool and jacuzzi. In 30 seconds, you are at the pool or beach with no long corridors to drag your beach gear through because the Estero Beach Club beach building is right on the sand.

This fully renovated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + workspace open concept beachfront condo was completed in September 2021 and has been used only for one year due to the hurricane in September 2022. This is one of very few condos at Estero Beach Club with double sinks in the primary bathroom, a feature added during the extensive renovation. Traveling with friends or family? Furnishings, appliances, kitchen supplies, mattresses and linens are new and of high quality. There are beach towels, a beach buggy, beach chairs, beach totes, beach umbrella+auger, kitchen dinnerware, glassware, bakeware, cutlery, cookware, and utensils. Small appliances include a Keurig, standard coffee maker, espresso machine, blender, and air fryer. Every room has high speed Blast WIFI, premium cable and a Smart TV. The new 65” LG OLED TV in the great room is perfect for sports fans and movie nights.

You can see each other and communicate from the pool to the lanai, look out over the pool to the beach and into the Gulf's incredible sunsets. You will also enjoy the privacy this top floor location provides.

Families:
Please note that incontinence wear including swim diapers and anyone with incontinence issues including infants are not permitted in the swimming pool. This is an Estero Beach Club policy. This condo is best suited for adults and children over 10. This condo is not child proofed and we do not provide child friendly furnishings, a toddler bed, or a pack-n-play.

Fort Myers Beach is a family friendly area with many activities. We provide beach toys in addition to the beach supplies listed above plus games for your enjoyment. Having a view of the pool from the condo's lanai is convenient, especially for parents wanting to check on older children below. Running up to the condo from the pool is very easy for breaks, naps or to grab a snack!

Kitchen: Sunny, fully stocked kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances. (Range, stove, double sink with window, refrigerator w/ice maker and purified water dispenser, dishwasher and Sharp drawer microwave built into the island.) All kitchen supplies are new. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee pot, espresso machine, air fryer, Cuisinart blender/food processor, four slot toaster, crockpot, and hand mixer. A countertop NuWave oven is also provided which is nice in the summer when you do not want to use the oven.

Living Room: New custom pullout sofa, a matching electric recliner w/USB ports and an additional chair. Watch the game on the new LG 65" OLED Smart TV or the waves through the full wall of windows looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. Premium Xfinity cable with DVR capability in all rooms and upgraded high speed Xfinity Blast WIFI.

Primary Bedroom: Wake up to the tops of palm trees and spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the California king size bed. This bedroom boasts a nine-foot-wide picture window with A BIG TIME VIEW. A large walk-in closet with new felt hangers and a built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe offer lots of storage to get settled during your stay. Enjoy a private entrance from the bedroom to the lanai and the wall mounted 40” Smart Roku TV with Xfinity premium cable, DVR capability and many apps.

Primary Bathroom: Newly renovated private ensuite bathroom with a custom walk-in shower and double vanity adjoins the primary bedroom. (Hair dryer, soap and toilet paper provided.)

Second Bedroom: Queen bed with large East facing window for sunny mornings and views of the sunrise. Includes a closet, two three-drawer dressers and a 43" Smart Roku TV, Premium Cable, many apps, and DVR capability.

Second Bathroom: Walk-in tile shower and 32" vanity. (Hair dryer, soap and toilet paper provided.)

Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise through the large East facing windows in the dining room and kitchen. Later, enjoy a glass of wine as you listen to the seagulls and waves while you watch the sunset from the private West facing lanai. The new remote controlled hurricane shutters offer optional privacy and protection from storms that may blow in from the Gulf. The private storage locker next to the front door/elevator contains a rolling cooler, umbrella/sand auger, beach chairs, boogie boards, sandcastle supplies and noodles for the heated beachfront pool. A beach buggy, oversized beach towels and four beach totes are provided so just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit and take the elevator downstairs to the beach.

You won’t miss the game – or anything else - with three Smart TV's plus premium cable TV, 400+ channels and DVR capability in every room. If you must work on your vacation, you will appreciate the new workspace next to primary bedroom, the WIFI printer and upgraded high speed internet to accommodate all your streaming and remote access needs. Basic office supplies are provided.

Coin laundry facilities are next to the pool and boast a big picture window with views of the pool and beach. Doing laundry never looked so good! The elevator is located just outside the condo and is ten steps to the laundry facilities and then ten more to the entrance of the heated beachside pool and jacuzzi. One week of towels and one set of sheets for each bed are included with your stay. If you stay longer than one week, linen service and/or mid-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Unique Benefits:
Estero Beach Club offers an upscale, boutique experience in a perfect location. It is the closest beachfront condominium complex to Times Square with a beachfront pool. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like you have your own private beach. This top floor condo has windows on all sides which makes it very light and sunny throughout the day. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the kitchen, dining room and second bedroom and then watch the sunset in the evening from the lanai and large primary bedroom picture window.

One complimentary reserved parking space is included with this property.

If you are looking for a couples only beach vacation, we also own condo #203 in the same beachfront building. It is a well equipped 1 bedroom/1 bathroom and we rent to many honeymooners and adults celebrating anniversaries or other special occasions.

Estero Beach Club Non-Refundable Registration Fee is paid directly to the rental office and is in addition to rent paid on Vrbo. The rental office will email a confirmation, request the completed rental agreement and this fee.

Hurricane & Tropical Storm Cancellation Policy:
The official season for tropical storms and hurricanes in Southwest Florida is June 1 - November 30, with the most damaging storms historically occurring from mid-September to mid-October as witnessed with Irma in 2017, Ian in 2022 and Helen/Milton in 2024.

To avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during storm season, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance. Pricing is lower in these months to account for this additional expense. The cancellation policy applies to uncontrollable weather events including tropical storms and hurricanes. If you choose to cancel, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your vacation!
