Great place to stay just outside of Downtown Denver
An excellent townhome that has everything you need to feel like you actually live there. There's a supermarket literally down the street, a coffee shop across the street, and Tennyson street within a ten minute walk with lots of shops and restaurants. The property itself is stocked with all of the kitchen, cleaning, and bathroom supplies you need. While it is along a kind of busy street, we were never really bothered by the noise of traffic. Parking is along the street, but we had no problems finding a spot close. The area is very walkable and almost anything that you need is within a half mile radius. On our last night, my kids had a great evening at the amusement park right down the street. We hit up several of the restaurants on Tennyson and it's a great central location if your goal is to visit parks and sightsee around Denver and the surrounding area.We went to RMNP, Pikes Peak, Dinosaur Ridge, and Red Rocks. While RMNP and Pikes Peak were at least a couple of hours one way, getting there and back was fairly easy. We also picked up a few CityPass's and spent time exploring the museums and aquarium downtown as well as Meow Wolf. All of these were within 15 minutes of the property (30 during rush hour). Overall I highly recommend staying here and will consider coming back!

About the host
Hosted by Meredith Rowe
I grew up in Florida and spent my 20s in New York before migrating to Colorado. I always say if you visit one too many times you'll move here, and if that's the case after this trip please reach out. I'm a full-time real estate agent and would love to help you find your home—maybe even with some "house hack" potential!
Why they chose this property
Berkeley is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Denver. I moved here from New York and immediately loved the energy of Tennyson Street, as well as the practicality of being able to walk to a Sprouts, doctor & dentist offices, etc.
What makes this property unique
In addition to our beautiful mountain views, our home is also incredible cozy. We hope you love staying here as much as we love living here!
