Very quiet and cute place. We visited for our anniversary. It was relaxing to have the river right in the backyard with the hot tub/cold plunge and sauna right on the deck. Very peaceful. A short drive to town. We ate at a couple of restaurants & stopped at a coffee drive thru. We were glad we drove the truck and not the minivan because the last block or two was pretty steep. Also, I didn’t realize that the staircase was so narrow. That was a surprise. Felt like climbing a tree house! We don’t have mobility issues, but we were extra careful maneuvering the small/steep staircase. We visited the Ice Caves and drove part of the Mt. Loop. It would be fun to check out other hiking near by in the future. Overall, a good time was had and we could see ourselves coming here again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad you appreciated the peaceful setting and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and river. We also appreciate your carefulness with the staircase and steep driveway. It’s great to hear you had a good time exploring nearby and that you could see yourselves returning.
