Great Stay

We had a great stay, just in town for the weekend. Check-in was easy, and host was very responsive. Very spacious house!

Family weekend

Upon arrival delayed 45 minutes to get into house. Clothes still in washer dryer which we folded. Barbecue grill was tucked away with in shed and not feasible to get out. Yard was not desirable for the kids to play. Overall the interior of the house was nice.

GHOSTED, EVACUATED, TOXIC BERRIES

No or nonsensical replies to messages Replied to Traverse’s texts that (as our agreement was 3 pm check in) we needed code to check in at 3, it was 95 degrees, in writing several hours prior. Upon arrival at 3 we couldn’t get in, Immediately texted at 3 pm, NO RESPONSE, then at 4 pm a local number called stated “We are sorry but all you needed to do was tell us you wanted an early check in and we would have gladly accommodated”. What??? That was our contracted time and you were reminded INWRITING SEVERAL HOURS EARLY AND IT IS OUR FALULT?? It was NOT AN EARLY Check-inA plunger on each level would be helpfulPics of the general appearance 1 AC with no zones for a 3 level house1st am begin breakfast, no burner would light, gas continued spewing into the house and upstairs, opened windows, vacated, gas co. Tech determined defective control. Showed us how to turn off gas to only the stove as could recur. He got 5* review!Pics show trash bags on ground as cans full at check in w/flies, larvae and odor. Gate broke, trash in back yard. Pic-contents of shed, grill under junk, shed interior STINKS!Wifi constantly dropped my VPN. Found if others contacted Traverse with our questions as if interested they got timely, clear responses7 digit door code is a pain and seemed to take multiple attemptsCoPilot AI identified the plants being cultivated and pruned in the raised beds with blue berries as a nightshade, contains a poison solanine, may pose a hazard to childr

Spacious house for big group

House is very large. There are no bedrooms on main floor. Four bedrooms on second floor. 3 bedrooms are in the basemet with extra window exits. One bathroom in the basement with a shower. Basement has living area and kitchenette. One of 3 bedrooms in basement has bed with one bed slat. Maybe that's why listed as 6 bedrooms, not 7. Most bedrooms only have 1 nightstand not 2. On main floor there is a good size kitchen with island and family room. Adjacent to other side of kitchen is nice dining room between kitchen and living room. Some furniture worn or sparse. Also a half bath on main floor. Laundry room has newer washer and dryer. All appliances worked well. Dishwasher was a little tricky. After selecting settings, shut dishwasher door tightly and then press start. Since some of the dishes appeared not to have been washed thoroughly, we purchased our favorite brand of dishwasher detergent. After that everything came out clean. Better set of knives & coffee cups would be nice. There was enough of everything in kitchen. Dishes mismatched. Organizing & cleaning cupboards/drawers would be helpful. Coffee, filters and seasonings available. Toilet paper, paper towels, and linens abundant. Air-conditioning works great. Second floor has 2 bathrooms, one large master bath. Deck good. No grill as described . Small fenced backyard with gates unattached. Walls and doors could use cleaning. Fairly good stay due to house size.
