Prosser has been home since I was 16. After years of chasing career goals and traveling, my wife and I chose to plant roots here and start our family. We’re proud to be active members of the community and have spent plenty of time enjoying every local winery—many of which are owned by close friends. It’s easy to forget just how special this town is with its non-stop events and small-town charm.
A few years ago, we bought a 1904 fixer-upper right in town. While renovating our dream family home, we lived in this RV for a short time. Once we moved inside, we decided to share the RV with visitors like you—so you can experience Prosser the way we love it.

Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood sits on one of the oldest streets in Prosser. The road canopy of tree and is beautiful year-round. Most of the homes are built between 1900 and 1920, providing a very unique feel of stepping back in a time machine. The neighborhood is also perfectly placed for easy access to downtown, and some of our favorite restaurants being within a couple hundred yards.
What makes this property unique
The property has some of the oldest trees in town, and although I could go without the leaves in the Fall; the beauty, size and shade during our scorching hot summers makes up for the countless hours of raking. We’ve always loved simple, old things—especially the ones that tend to be forgotten. There’s something special about bringing them back to life and helping people appreciate them again. The character and charm is one of the things my wife and I appreciate most about this town.
Out back, we’ve added a cozy fire pit, swinging chair, and strung up some warm lights to make the space even more inviting—perfect for relaxing evenings under the trees.
