Host was easy to work with. Lots of broken things in home from sliding doors to main bathroom doors and kitchen trash can. Just little things. Check in was a little rough. Was told we could come early and then our code didn’t work for some time before we could actually get in the home. With four kids that was difficult to deal with in the heat. Very minimal toiletries. One trash bag for a week, one roll of paper towels. Nothing serious but inconvenient for a week stay. Water drips from both lower showers non stop but it’s not my water to pay for. Main trash cans outside were nearly full making taking out trash very difficult and smelly outside. House smelled heavily of ash from the fireplace. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned out in a long time. Overall very cabin in the woods feel with minor inconveniences.
This is definitely a fun spot to stay w your family, It’s close to beaches and has big table for meals. The washer and dryer made a big difference this year with our vacation. There was a pack and play available for our baby granddaughter. Everything was clean and smelled good when we arrived. Communication was clear with the host.
