Hey friends — Josh here! I'm a proud East Coast native originally from South Florida. Life has taken me all over the States and the world, leading outdoor education programs for kids — a journey that's brought plenty of adventure, most recently from the deserts of Moab, Utah, and currently to the forests of the Northeast. Now, I'm thrilled to be back East and even more excited to host you on your visit to New Haven.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outside — running, biking, or rock climbing. But I’m just as happy spending a cozy night in, cooking up a good meal, playing guitar, diving into a good book, or hitting the dance floor. (Ask me about country line dancing or Latin dancing — I'm always down to share a few tips!)

New Haven is a fantastic city to explore, packed with walkable neighborhoods full of incredible food, drinks, coffee shops, and beautiful green spaces. I can't wait to welcome you — whether you're traveling solo, with friends, or family — and help make your stay unforgettable.

As someone who loves to stay active, I really appreciate being able to walk just about everywhere — and this location makes it easy. With a Walk Score and Bike Score of 98, you're perfectly positioned to explore New Haven on foot or two wheels. A quick stroll will take you to the New Haven Green (which, at the time of writing, is absolutely beautiful with the trees in full bloom!), as well as countless bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and of course, Yale University.

Head the other way, and you'll find yourself in Wooster Square, home to legendary New Haven pizza — Pepe’s and Sally’s are must-tries! One of my personal favorite perks: I can even walk to the local rock climbing gym. And if you're looking to venture beyond New Haven, the State Street station is just around the corner, offering easy train access to Hartford, NYC, and beyond.

I'll try to keep it short — this apartment has the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location. You’ll have KING beds in both bedrooms, two FULL bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (with coffee ready!), fast WiFi, a gym in the building, and your own in-unit washer and dryer — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location is spot-on too — just a short walk to the New Haven Green, Yale, incredible restaurants, Wooster Square’s famous pizza spots, and even East Rock Park if you're up for a hike and some awesome city views. With a Walk Score and Bike Score of 98, getting around is super easy — no car needed.
