We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were just what we needed. Loved this street by Little Italy. Convenient to Yale. All around good place if you need to be in central New Haven.

The perfect place for visiting my Yale student! The space was comfortable for her to come visit, far enough from campus for a beak but close enough to get to class. Loved the full kitchen to provide her a home cooked meal and access to the washer and dryer so we could do her laundry. We can’t wait to stay again! I highly recommend both coffee locations and the liquor store in the neighborhood. And of course Sally’s! The host was amazing and communicated nearly immediately when I had questions!

The apartment was adequate - the listing, however, is misleading in regard to having a washer and dryer, which are not in the rental. I also think that if the renter is paying a cleaning fee (which we were and which was higher than the nightly rental rate), we shouldn't be asked to strip the beds and to take out the trash, which we were asked to do repeatedly in messages from the host. Overall, not a great experience.
