Excellent location! Close to all amenities: Ft. Myers airport 11 miles, Ft. Myers Beach 15 miles and the canal is 10 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River with NO bridges. Two kayaks to enjoy the canal for those relaxing moments. This home is off a dead-end street and is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood which is walkable and bikable. The kitchen is stocked with all ammenties and household supplies. The bedrooms have extra bedding and bathrooms extra towels furnished with bathroom supplies. All bedrooms have a television to enjoy. We have patio seating with outdoor cooking. This home is conveniently located to all major restaurants, shopping and tourtist attraction. The host has over four years of experience hosting with VRBO and has maintained a 5-star rating! This home is conveniently located to all major shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. Come and enjoy and experience your vacation at this beautiful home that is in a beautiful and desireable area!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put garbage out by garage two bug bins outside.
Put a load of towels in wash.
Put thermostat at 78 and put key and garage door opening back.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
