Villa Seven Palms -- 3bed/3bath w/ south facing pool, ensuring a sunny exposure!

Villa Seven Palms has a lovely, large open plan living area measuring at 200 m²/2,100 ft². The pool is south facing, ensuring a sunny exposure year round. The bedrooms are split plan, with the Primary Bedroom and en suite bathroom to the right as you enter the villa and the two guest bedrooms, also both en suite, off the living area. The Villa can sleep up to 8 people and is equipped with all you will need during your stay.

You will find over 180 m²/1,900 ft² of patio area within the pool cage (screened area), complete with sun loungers, chairs, dining table for 6 and a barbecue grill. The pool is south facing, ensuring a sunny exposure year round. The pool can be heated if necessary. Beautiful landscaping lines the garden and pool area, providing privacy from the neighbouring homes.

The Interior:
Primary Bedroom: King size bed, flat screen tv, full bath with double sinks, shower and jacuzzi tub (Bathroom scheduled to be renovated/updated 9/2026)
First Guest room: King size bed, flat screen tv, full bath with shower
Second Guest room: Queen size bed, flat screen tv, full bath with tub/shower combo.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs. American fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), and much more! There is a dining bar that seats 4 and a table for 6. The lanai has a table for 6 for al fresco dining.

There are two seating areas in the house. The front living room has a sofa bed, two arm chairs and a desk for home working. The rear living area has two sofas, armchair and large flat screen tv. Sliding doors open wide to the lanai from the living area, the entrance hall and the master bedroom.

The laundry room has front loading washer and dryer as well as an iron and utility sink.

The villa is set up with Wifi and cable tv (Comcast Xfinity) for your use. It is fully air conditioned. Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

The villa is very kid friendly! We've got lots of games, puzzles, pool toys, etc.

If traveling with a baby/toddler, a baby cot and high chair can be provided. There is a child safety fence that can be put up to separate the pool from the lanai. We've also have for your use: children's plates/cutlery/cups and a Little Tikes red car.

There are beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and sand toys for your day trips to the local beaches.

Upon arrival at the Villa, you will be greeted by Angelika or one of her team at our management company. They can show you the ins and outs of the villa and answer any questions you may have about the house and the local area. They will be available to you throughout your stay. Additionally, they speak German if that is helpful. Utilities (water, cable, and wifi) are included. Power usage is charged at check out.
