Summary:
A walker's paradise with a WalkScore® of 98/100. If you're a big fan of great food, craft beer, pour-over coffee, and Portlandia, this is your place. Our private and spacious three-bedroom home sits in a historic building at the heart of the eclectic SE Division District - home to many of Portland's top-rated restaurants and bars, vintage shops, and some of the best people-watching around.
The Space:
Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion.
The living room is cozy and relaxed, with new windows streaming plenty of natural light and a comfy couch to kick back on. Overlooking Portland's newest bridge crossing: Tilikum. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat-screen TV. While we don't have cable, you'll have access to Netflix and blazing-fast WiFi for streaming. Also, Please note that the house has a unit down below that can be rented too, as a whole house or just the upper part or the latter.
