By condominium regulations, a mandatory cash security deposit of $5,000 MXN must be paid directly to the residential administration upon arrival in order to receive access bracelets. This deposit is fully refundable at departure if no damages or fines are incurred. Any applicable charges will be deducted from this amount. This rule is set by the residential administration and must be accepted when booking.



The use of access bracelets is mandatory at all times in common areas. Personal security escorts are not allowed in common areas and must remain outside the residential complex. All motor vehicles must be driven by licensed adults with valid traffic permits.



The residential complex enforces fines for violations, including but not limited to: improper use of towels or coolers in the pool, oversized inflatables, hanging items on balconies or railings, excessive noise or parties, throwing objects or trash, speeding in parking areas, accessing amenities without bracelets, or parking in unauthorized spaces.



Parties are not allowed, and no smoking is permitted anywhere inside the condo. Guests are expected to respect community rules and maintain a peaceful environment at all times. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept all residential regulations, for which the property owners cannot be held responsible.
