Peaceful 3 BR with a pool near the beach!
Located against a 250 acre reserve, this gives quiet a new meaning. Enjoy the summer days at Webby's beach (less than a mile down the road), lounging at the private crystal clear pool, or inside with the AC and vaulted ceilings. Spend time with family and friends around the large dining room table after cooking in the renovated kitchen or outside on the grill. Enjoy the fresh produce you bought at the nearby farm stands then enjoy a fire on a breezy summer night.

Hello! I grew up in Queens, NY and spent many holidays out in the Hamptons growing up. I was always amazed that no matter how hot it gets in the city, it's typically 10 degrees cooler out east. My husband and I love to cook, travel and spend time with family and friends.
Why they chose this property
Center Moriches reminds me of Hampton Bays 20+ years ago. There's a beautiful quaint Main Street and the locals are super friendly. The beach down the road is perfect to lounge with a book and a cup of coffee or catch a spectacular sunset. Or stay at the house and enjoy the pool! Our house backs up against a beautiful 250 acre reserve (Terrell River Park) where you can access trails from the main road or near Webby's Beach. The fresh produce during the summer is out of this world (strawberries, spinach, tomatoes) and of course you must indulge in some homemade pie. Westhampton is about a 12 minute drive where there's lots of boutiques, restaurants and Cupsogue Beach. Keep driving East to hit all the Hamptons has to offer :-)
