The staff at check in was very friendly and efficient. However, we couldn’t get in to the unit until maintenance came to reset the key card reader. The unit was fairly clean but so dated and worn. The two decks overlook a pond but the nails are popping out of the wood so you couldn’t walk on them without shoes. The curtains were very soiled and old. These could be very nice rentals if they were gutted and updated.
Place was completely dirty. Stuff left from previous tenants around the townhouse. Roaches and bug eggs everywhere. Rails lined with hundreds of webs and spiders. I checked out a day early because of how unsanitary.

Hi guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations.
While we regret that these concerns were not reported to our on-site team during your stay, we do appreciate you bringing them to our attention afterward. Guest comfort and cleanliness are very important to us, and had we been informed sooner, we would have responded immediately to investigate and resolve the issue.
That said, upon receiving your feedback, our on-site team promptly conducted a full inspection of the property, followed by enhanced cleaning measures and a review of pest control protocols. We are also reinforcing our procedures to ensure every unit is fully guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards.
We appreciate the opportunity to improve and want to assure both you and future guests that your experience is not reflective of the standard we strive to provide. Thank you again for your feedback.
The unit had a terrible review, so I was very concerned about the stay. Upon arrival there was a mishap with the keys, however the staff quickly rectified the issue. The outside had lots of spider webs and pine needles, but that was not a concern for me. The inside had no issues at all. It was clean and I did not see any cockroaches or bugs. Unfortunately, the pool was shut down for maintenance on the day we had available and we did not get to use it. Overall, the unit was dated, but I would definitely use again.
