Step outside to the golf-course-front setting and take in mountain views, or fire up the BBQ and gather around the outdoor seating.



After a day exploring Breckenridge, relax in the private hot tub or the in-home sauna located off an additional full bathroom. The studio above the garage functions like its own mini-suite with a kitchen and TV—great for early risers, late sleepers, or anyone wanting a bit of extra privacy. A washer and dryer make longer stays easy.

• Stairs: Stairs are present throughout the home and to the studio. Please review photos to ensure the home suits your group.

• Washer and dryer are available in the home.

• Parking: Garage parking for 3 vehicles and driveway parking for 4 vehicles are available for guest use.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: We’re unable to accommodate pets at this home.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
