This canal front home is located in the gated community of Seaside Resort in Big Coppit, only 15 minutes to Key West. This house is a fisherman’s dream with canal front views and a 32ft boat dock. With easy access to the Atlantic or gulf side. There is a boat launch and two beautiful pools located within the community. Perfect location for those interested any fun water activities. Only two people can stay and must complete Seaside rental application and background check this process takes about 2 weeks for approval and is a charge of $150 per person unless married there is 1 charge. There are also some rules around guests. No pets.
