This cozy cutie is nestled in the amazing Venture Out Resort! Your clean and comfy abode boasts all the basics to enjoy your Florida Keys lifestyle. A perfect destination for those who seek an active getaway in Paradise!
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS & AMENITIES…
Your charming home comes tastefully furnished and equipped for fun and functionality. The living and kitchen areas are a perfect backdrop for enjoyable hours of relaxation and peaceful slumber. The spacious eat-in kitchen is welcoming and invites intimate meals with your loved ones. Unwind with movie nights or rousing card games in this home away from home that soothes your senses with a warm island embrace. The washer/dryer is located in one of the bedroom closets.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Enjoy hours of healing sleep in the two plush queen bedrooms that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom is accessed through one of the queen bedrooms, and there is a second entry point through the kitchen (see virtual tour). The couch in the living area pulls out to provide an additional sleeping space.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Soak up the island breeze on the charming back patio equipped with a table and BBQ grill. If you love to be active and close to all the exciting water opportunities, you've found the perfect place. Tennis and pickleball courts, a heated pool, spa, shuffleboard, horse shoes, basketball court, marina with ship store, along with 2 boat ramps, marine grade fuel station, and trailer/boat parking, the possibilities for fun are endless.

PARKING...
This home offers one parking spot and a pet fee is required. There is an overflow parking lot on premises which is first come first serve at $5.-$10/night.

PETS...
This home allows for 2 small dogs under 40 lbs. Please include the size and breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Cute little place. Very bright. We loved the park, and everyone was so friendly, especially the staff. The park had a lot to offer. We were disappointed that the 2 beds listed were not queen size beds, but full size beds. We deff want to return to this park.Ray and Liz

Our concierge Alli, was very nice and answered any questions we had promptly. The place is tidy and cozy. Only issue was the floors were very dirty which resulted in black bare feet but that was the only issue. Otherwise the place had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Judy’s Place is a quaint older mobile home in a gated community. Venture Out is a really nice resort with great amenities and very well kept. There are HOA rules but not crazy. The only one we had trouble with was one parking space for Judy’s Place even though we could fit two. My sister and her husband had to use the overflow lot for 5 a day. Not a big deal. The home itself is well appointed with just about everything we needed. The outdoor sitting area is very nice and one of the biggest ones in the resort. We only had 3 small complaints: the beds are very soft (which wasn’t too bad): my husband is 6’6” and hit his head several times going in and out of the kitchen area; and the floors, although very nice, could use a good washing.
