From Watertown ny. I'm retired. Psia level 3 ski instructor. Fishing,hunting,skiing,biking. I enjoy watching my grandkids play sports.
Why they chose this property
I've coached at Swain ski resort since 1976. I built my home here in 1993. I love the 30 sec drive to ski. I have great neighbors.
What makes this property unique
My home is across from Swain Ski Resort with amazing sunrise views. We are close to Letchworth State Park. Wineries are all over the finger lakes area. Finger lakes trail for hiking.
