• 420 sq ft well appointed guest house
• Comfortable queen bed, cozy sitting area with wood burning stove (wood provided)
Pull out sofa bed for kids or friends and kitchenette. Full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo

• Located on 86 private acres with scenic trails to roam, hike, bike, or ride
• Tranquil pond for swimming, fishing (bring your own gear), grilling, or lounging
• Outdoor fire pit near the pond—ideal for campfires and stargazing
• A peaceful rural setting, perfect for disconnecting and recharging
On the Farm:
• Watch our beautiful horses graze in nearby pastures
• Guided trail rides available by appointment (ages 8+, no experience needed)

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Empty all personal items and left over food items from the fridge. Place all garbage bags outside the front door upon your departure.
Towels can be left in the bathtub
No need to make or strip the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
