Wylie is a native Ithacan and an assistant professor of art history. She hosts with her partnerJohn, a contractor.
The Waterburg church was lovingly restored by British artist Paul Chambers, who turned it into a work of 'living sculpture.' We are grateful to have such a special place and we love to share it with others.

Why they chose this property
We love the rural feeling of the property as though you are far out in the middle of nowhere, yet just beyond the property is the adorable neighborhood of Waterburg, and the property is a 6 minute drive to the charming Village of Trumansburg.
What makes this property unique
Beautifully renovated 19th century Greek Revival church with a contemporary artist's loft vibe.
