Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the driveway on the right side of the house and limit vehicles to 4.
