- No smoking. A $250 fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the property.

- Pet friendly w/ $50 fee (+ taxes & fees). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Linda immediately

- There is 1 other bookable rental next door; other travelers may be present

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 external security cameras: 1 camera located on the front of the home facing the front yard and 1 camera located on the back of the home facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
