Single Story Home in Historic Uptown Whittier


We invite you to come and stay in our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in the Historic District of Uptown Whittier. We are centrally located between Disneyland, Universal Studios with easy freeway access to all the tourist attractions and beaches in LA and Orange County.

This house is perfect for families, professionals traveling groups, Disneyland and 2026 World Cup fans. We are walking distance to Whittier College, close to Biola College and Rose Hills Memorial Park.

Located just steps from a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, and shopping in Uptown Whittier.

Come and enjoy our relaxed atmosphere with a fully stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. Plus there is a washer/dryer for your use , plenty of free off street parking.

In the morning enjoy a cup of coffee on the private patio and in the evening watch a movie in the comfy living room. When you stay at our place we want you to feel at home. Check the calendar for availability of dates on the days you want to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s a lovely, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood, and it’s clear the host has put a lot of care into making it welcoming for guests. The home was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was excellent and very central to restaurants and shops, many of which were within walking distance. One of the nice surprises was that the home is also within walking distance of a pop-up farmers market where the streets are closed off and vendors set up booths. If you happen to be there when it’s happening, it’s a fun experience and a nice bonus to the location.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and we truly appreciated the host sharing their home with us. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.

We came to stay in Whittier for a funeral, and the host was very accommodating. We needed early check in and the host was able to let us check in earlier than usual. Host answered the phone fast when we needed help putting in the code. Overall beautiful neighborhood and beautiful home. Wish we were there for different circumstances.

We stayed at this residence over Christmas. We relocated out of so cal but have family in Long Beach, Orange County, and Covina. So this location made it easy to do our vista across many cities. This house is very spacious. Bedrooms are ample in size, beds are very comfy, but the large kitchen and living area were our favorite. Comfy couches & all the kitchen item you need to cook or cha over coffee. The hosts were so responsive. There were no unanswered inquiries and they were a delight to deal with. This house is a block away from Uptown Whittier Main Street with small shots and many great restaurants. Home was clean and I had to mention again, very spacious!

We had rented this property for one week to accommodate our out-of-town work colleagues. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to Uptown Whittier, which has many great shops and restaurants. We will use this home again the next time our team is in town.
