Overall experience was just okay. The beds were very comfortable and for the most part the rental was clean. The only exception was the bath mats in both bathrooms were very dirty and gross. When asked to provide more towels for our guests, the owner replied just to wash the current ones. We had 5 adults staying there so this was totally unacceptable. The parking spot was very inconvenient since you had to open and close the gate daily. The space was very tight as well. Street parking was not an option since it was packed with cars for the duration of the trip. Would not recommend this place.

The house perfectly located from beach, Disneyland and in town family. I have a family of 6 that stayed very comfortably in the house. Perfect little home away from home.

We stayed here for a week and it genuinely was a week we wish we spent elsewhere. The first day, the shower faucet broke and almost injured one of us due to the pressure behind it. We requested a fix and a refund given that we rented this property for two promised, working bathrooms (we were a party of 5 women with multiple events planned during the stay). The hosts eventually sent someone out on the third day (after we had to file a complaint with Vrbo support because the host wanted to leave it until after we had left leaving us with only one shower). In the midst of this, the faucet in the second bathroom completely fell off. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, molded and grimed all the way through! At this point we requested a higher refund and our insurance back (because the initial offer for 7 days they originally offered was just not even justifiable at this point) and now a month later we are still with no refund and the hosts have ghosted the Vrbo support team. All these problems along with the front door being the most flimsy thing - the MAILMAN JUST WALKED RIGHT IN. I could unlock the door with my fingernail (the cleaning teams idea btw). You couldn't pay me to stay here again. If I could give 0 stars I would, but alas I'm giving at least 1 so maybe the host will actually answer my refund request as per what I spoke about with a Vrbo supervisor. Never again.

This house is clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. The house served its purpose for us which was mainly to sleep in comfortable beds, eat breakfast and relax a little bit during a busy 5-day graduation celebration. AC is excellent and showers are very nice. The common spaces are small, the only place to sit and eat is a small counter with 4 stools, but really only 2 people can sit there. The living area has a nice TV and seating for 4-5 people. The outside patio isn't as nice as in the pictures, but maybe in summer it gets cleaned up more than it was when we were there. Parking is tight to get in to but it's nice that the car is secure behind a gate. The back of the house where the parking is is shared with another house that's a bit of a mess, and you have to maneuver around their garbage cans. That second house had also piled a ton of trash outside the gate that we had to move in order to get our car in. We had a second car and it was easy to find street parking

Wonderful cute home. Small kitchen but very practical. Great stay overall for my entire family. I was a little challenged to park in parking my SUV but it was doable. AC was great! Love that there is 2 full bathrooms.

Small but great!

Three couples stayed here while our daughters played in a tournament at the Long Beach Convention center. While this is not a house to host large gatherings, it was clean, friendly, and great for what we needed. The entrance is on a busy street, but it felt safe and comfortable.

Everything we needed... and more!

We were a group of 5 (including 2 older teens and a grandma) in town for a wedding and we were so happy with this rental. It was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to have their own (large) bed, great air conditioning and every amenity we could possibly need (i.e., washing machine, coffee maker, private parking spot). Victor was attentive and prompt with all communication. Overall we are very happy with our stay!

Clean, Modern home in Ling Beach. Great for group of 6-8.

We had a great stay at this rental! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of six adults. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—much better than most rentals I've stayed in. Everything from the furniture to the appliances was modern and well-maintained.While we didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor area due to our busy schedule exploring Long Beach and LA, it was still nice knowing it was there. The neighborhood was quiet, and although the house sits on a busier road with some traffic noise, it didn’t bother us.It was a thoughtful touch to have coffee pods and cream stocked—though a bit of sugar would’ve made it perfect! The private parking spot was also a big plus. Communication with the property manager was smooth and responsive throughout.Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Long Beach.

Good location but noisy

Location and house overall worked well for 3 adults, 3 teenagers attending a camp at Long Beach State. Street is very busy and noisy, especially loud in the front bedroom (earplugs are recommended for sleeping!). House was clean but AC was off when arrived so it took several hours to cool down. There is an apartment directly behind this house that if you open the back door, you stare into it. There is a parking space but it will not accommodate a larger vehicle. It’s a bit difficult to navigate. Patio was not as private as pictures portray it to be. Never felt unsafe but there were several homeless people.

Great Place to Crash

We were in town for a gymnastics meet so we were not at the property much. It was a nice place, clean, easy to communicate with the property manager. Served its purpose. Eat, sleep and hang. We were literally in and out. Just a few things that didn't necessarily make or break it for us. You should be warned about parking. There is an enclosed spot but it's super tight to get in and out of the driveway especially with an SUV. At times a bit stressful specifically with the garbage cans and other vehicles parked directly behind where you back out. The alley is tight! There is street parking, but good luck finding a spot. The electric also wasn't working in one of the bathrooms, but it was fine. It's great property and communication, check in/out was super easy. If we're ever back - I will stay again.

This place did not look like the picture online!! The rooms were small and had nowhere to store our clothes. There is only one television in the house it’s located in living room. The front door had a gap where you can see outside. You can hear all the traffic. There was no fire pit or patio set up. The house is run down, the cabinets had a lock on them, the windows locks were broken so we couldn’t lock them and there were cobwebs everywhere. The parking was in an alley and our vehicle barely fit in the space. Overall we was not happy and didn’t feel safe staying there. We did not stay there we booked a hotel and I expressed my concern with the owner and company I told him I took pictures of everything he asked that I send them to him once I did he stopped responding. So now I’m waiting to hear back from VRBO regarding a refund.
