Bright and spacious 3-bedroom lovely home in park-like setting in upscale neighborhood, for rent now; JULY 1 - 15 window. *3-night minimum.* With all the trees and windows, "it's like living in a tree fort!" Home's design was magazine-featured. New wrap-around deck, cathedral living room, YAMAHA piano, extra large yard, large gated pen, special plantings, semi-circle driveway, swing set & large trampoline; tucked away on dead-end street, very convenient to shopping and car/train commuting arteries. Pet possible with $200. fee. One bedroom has bunk bed (for two kids). A no-smoking, no-shoes home. (Home currently under long-term lease.) Enjoy Philly in this Bicentennial Year!
