We had a wonderful experience. We felt at home, and the convenience to the beach was excellent. This was our second stay on the same street, and I would consider buying a home there. The decor and room sizes were perfect. Our adult children and little pups had a great time as well. My only complaint is that we had to go home so soon!

Perfect location, beautiful home!

We had the best time at Clareon Cottage! The location was perfect — just a quick walk or bike ride to a quiet, private beach that felt like a hidden gem. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the screened-in back porch for morning coffee and the bikes and beach gear that were included — such a great bonus!

Family friendly!!

We had such an amazing experience! The home was beautiful and very clean. Brittany always responded almost instantly to my messages and was so polite; you couldn't ask for a better host! Being that we had small children, we decided to rent a golf cart from Coastal Carts to travel back and fourth to the private beach access. They provided everything you could need for a home away from home especially with littles. We look forward to returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and truly enjoyed our time there. The cottage is beautifully decorated and feels warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we honestly didn’t want to get out of bed each morning!Brittany was a fantastic host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect: close to all the best spots along 30A and just a short distance from the beach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Our dog, Luna, joined us on the trip and had a great time too, which made the experience even more special for our family. We really appreciated having a place where everyone could relax and enjoy the stay together. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

House was very quaint, clean and good location. It’s a little of a hike to walk with stuff to the beach, but very doable. We had a family reunion and other members had other properties in the near area. Golf cart access is very convenient for those that have access to one. It is definitely a touristy area. Owner was very prompt in responding and communication. We had a good time. Thank you.

The perfect spot! The location is straight across from beach access but the street is so quite! The house had everything we needed and we even extended an extra day because we didn't want to leave!

About the host

Hosted by Brittany

Host profile image
For over 40 years, I’ve vacationed along along 30A. Fall is my favorite for its peaceful vibe and stunning sunsets. Having traveled everywhere from Australia to the Caribbean, I can say the sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and charm of 30A are truly unmatched. I chose this quieter location because it offers the best of both worlds—proximity to great dining and shopping, along with the rare luxury of private deeded beach access in an uncrowded setting.

Why they chose this property

We’ve poured care into updating Clareon Cottage while preserving its original charm, and now I’m excited to share it with guests who appreciate comfort, character, and a little piece of “Old Florida.” This home is for people who want to experience 30A as it used to be!

What makes this property unique

Private, Deeded Beach Access
Skip the crowds and enjoy exclusive access to a stunning white-sand beach—just a short 3-minute bike ride, 10-minute walk, or quick golf cart trip away (rented separately). The gated access includes bike storage, a convenient rinse-off shower, and 5 first-come, first-serve golf cart parking spots.

Peaceful, Private Setting
Tucked beside a scenic state park on a quiet cul-de-sac, Clareon Cottage offers a rare sense of seclusion along 30A. Children can safely play near the home, and the shady, low-traffic road is perfect for walks—especially with a wine bar just one street over.

Charming Outdoor Living
Unwind in the shaded, fully fenced backyard or sip coffee on one of two porches with rocking chairs and lounge seating. This single-level home makes outdoor living effortless and enjoyable for all ages.

All the Extras, Included
We’ve stocked the cottage with thoughtful amenities to make your stay easy and fun:
✔ 4 adult bikes + cargo trailer & Burley child carrier
✔ 4 backpack beach chairs & plush beach towels
✔ Fully equipped kitchen & smart TVs
✔ Washer/dryer & outdoor shower

Modern Comfort Meets Old Florida Charm
Recently updated with designer furnishings (2025), Clareon Cottage blends timeless beach-house charm with modern comfort. From stylish interiors to high-quality linens, every detail is designed for relaxation.

Perfectly Located on 30A’s East End
Enjoy the best of both worlds—peace and quiet with quick access to the action. You're just minutes from Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and The Hub, and only ~6 miles from iconic Seaside.
