The home was perfect for a trip to the Kansas State Fair. It is in a quiet neighbor close to the fair grounds. Easy to check in and out with plenty of space for our family.

Short stay in town for a funeral

This home was perfect for our family of 6 to stay for a few days while in town for a funeral. There was plenty of space to spread out and it was nice having 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we could possibly need. This was a great property and we would stay here again!

A perfect home for a larger family or group. Five bedrooms were great. Beds were comfortable. The back deck was lovely for sitting around the table enjoying the birds and deck was covered from the elements. The only suggestion is to put a cloth curtain on the door to the bathroom in the master suite.

We very much enjoyed your home for our gathering. There were plenty of beds for our group of 9...which can be hard to find! We especially enjoyed the covered porch as we could sit outside and enjoy the cooler weather even when it was raining. The kitchen was well appointed although we had problems with the filters and coffee pot overflowing/leaking. There was a note about it on the refrigerator we saw later. All in all, it was 3 lovely days of visiting comfortably...thank you!

Lovely, Large Home with Lots of Room

This beautiful home is great for large groups, or multiple families. Very clean, plenty of linens, cleaning supplies and necessities. The backyard is very spacious with a Wonderful, screened back porch with plenty of seating for the whole group. The neighborhood is very quiet and the property is located on a greenbelt providing a more spacious feel. We stayed during the last week of May 2025 for a business related visit, and we were so pleased with how conveniently located the home is to shopping, dining, and is only a 7 minute drive from the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
