We, Rosa and Marvin, raised our family in this house, now we have the property available for extended families for a family event, or to your work crew for your home away from home.
What makes this property unique
The Hutchinson Herren House is in a rural area where you may see farmers planting, cultivating, or harvesting. Cattle may be grazing in pastures across the field, irrigation systems may be irrigating crops across the road, yet you are just 5 minutes from food and gas! The area is great for observing nature, walking on country roads, or eat in the gazebo in the back yard and enjoy the sky and gorgeous sunsets.
