This home has it all! Walk to the big concerts!!!. Located downtown OC close to the boardwalk, shopping, the carnival rides, arcade and numerous restaurants. This is the bottom floor AND the top floor of this home giving you 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great home for large groups or families! 14 People can stay. Two Full kitchens and 2 comfy living rooms to relax after a long day at the beach. Walk to Shenanigan's, Piezano's Pizza, Pickles Pub and More!!! Tiki bar common area. Need more space for you and your guests? PETS ALLOWED in both units!
The Space:
Entire home sleeps 14 people; two kitchens and two living areas.
Guest Access:
Smart lock on the door & you will receive a unique door code for your stay; arrival instructions will be sent out several times during the week leading up to your stay VIA EMAIL. If you do not sign the renter agreement, the arrival instructions will not send out. Please ensure that is properly signed when you book to make it easier. CHECK SPAM folder if you do not see the arrival instructions in your email box! THX
The Neighborhood:
Must be 25 to book this home; no smoking; Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
