Stunning 2BR beachfront condo

Thank you for taking time to write a review. I’m sorry that the property did not live up to your expectations, especially since we work very hard to ensure that our guests fully understand the property before they purchase a vacation with us and that it is a good fit for what they are looking for. That is why I personally speak with every guest before they book as well as throughout the process. Of course, I do not always speak with every member of a party traveling together and, It seems like it wasn’t a good match in this case, which is disappointing since we really want all our guest to leave wanting to return. Having spoken with another guest from the same party, I do understand that the group actually did have a good vacation and certainly enjoyed my condo. Most of the review comments seem to relate to ‘bad weather’ effects which is unfortunately something we can’t guarantee or control, but need to be understood in context. If a storm goes though we do get debris on the beach, but the beach is raked twice a week so it is quickly removed as soon as the storm passes through. The park also likely had more debris on the beach than normal due to the weather, but it is a national park that the island enjoys with a kite boarding school and horse back riding on the trails. There is also a picnic area and hiking trails. It is a well managed Grand Cayman National park. None of the swimming pools are heated in Grand Cayman because it is in the tropics and the swimming pools are where you go to cool down. There were in fact several people swimming last week so a comment regarding only two kids braving the water is inaccurate. Concerning a smell in the parking lot, this is the first complaint we have heard about this and have asked the maintenance crew to review, but it is certainly not an on-going problem if it is a problem at all. Obviously, it is very concerning to get such an extreme posting, especially if you look at my other reviews along with the other Pappagallo beach listings. We continually receive comments about how well kept and how beautiful the property is, and we rarely receive any form of negativity at all. Every property has pluses and minuses, but overall we generally get a five star rating from our guests. My advice to anyone researching these villas is to please read through all the other comments for a more accurate understanding of the property.
