This adorable and budget-friendly studio is your ticket to Gulf Coast living! Designed for two guests, it offers a small kitchen with a fridge and 2-burner stove, a full-size bed, and easy access to fish from our docks and garden courtyard with outdoor showers and grills.

Best of all, you're just steps from the private easement to the soft sands of Casey Key — a quiet island known for its world-class beaches, fishing, boating, and fossil hunting. With direct access to the Gulf through the Venice Jetty, it’s the perfect spot for a true coastal escape!

Unit rate does not include nightly docking fee of $25-$35 per night. Subject to availability upon reservation. Trailer parking is not available on location. Please inquiry about details for local short-term trailer parking if needed.

Room was well equipped. Laudry room had beach chairs, coolers, and many other things you might need for your stay. Location was great. Private beach just across the street & a couple restaurants within walking distance.

Steps to the beach

Proximity to the beach is amazing. It was quaint clean and had a really nice porch area to sit and listen to the rain storms at night. It was awesome.

It was a great week! Location to beach (right across the street) restaurants are walking distance. It had a canal in the back. They have chairs, towels and coolers for the beach. The Owners are very responsive.
The sunsets don’t get any better!

Cosy yet comfortable

Everything was nice and clean. The deeded beach access was great and lead to a more quiet area of the beach. As only a 1 person stay I was comfortable and the outdoor sitting area would have made a 2-person stay easy to manage.
