Why they chose this property
Miracle Mile Historic Preservation Overlay is a beautiful, safe, quiet, leafy neighborhood right in the heart of Los Angeles. It's highly walkable and the homes are all Spanish Revival, Deco, and Norman Revival, so it's really architecturally interesting as well.
What makes this property unique
It's a spacious home with updated kitchens and baths, but all the original historic charm as well.
