Your Beverly Hills adventure begins at this 1-bedroom apartment. Step into this gorgeous and peaceful space, complete with heating, WiFi, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Approximately a 10 minute walk to Cedars-Sinai!! Very close and easy.

This is a quite apartment set back from the street. Only 2 units above the cars. VERY PRIVATE and QUIET. Street parking easily available.

I split time between LA and NJ. You'll love the location and the very tranquil existence. There are 8 stairs to go up to get to the apartment. NO PARTIES. Please look at the pictures, I live here it's not something I own to rent out. There will be condiments in the refrigerator you can use. Smoking outdoors only. Use anything in the apartment, leave anything for the next person, Beverly Center, world class shopping and restaurants.

Affordable small apartment that was perfect as a place to stay while I attended a weekend conference nearby. Great location and quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads. Host was friendly and responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Amenities were basic but fit my needs. The unit is on the second floor of a small building in back of the main building facing the street. So nice to have a lemon tree to look at and walk past between the two buildings. I had to be near relatives in Beverly Hills so the location was perfect for me.

Simple, but convenient. I mostly needed a bed to sleep in. It is an old building, and you see it. Bus stop is nearby. Very quiet and safe area. Host is super-responsive and helpful. Shops are in 5-10 min walking distance.
