Great beach studio just 0.3 miles to the beach. Being a one room efficiency, this is most suited for a couple. One full bed and one twin bed sleeper sofa. Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, AC, microwave and stove (including oven). Huge patio features a grill and dinning area, where you can enjoy your coffee/breakfast/cocktails or just relax outdoors and read. Condo also has a recently renovated full bath, cable TV, DVD, and free WIFI. Great mid Cape location for your summer vacation. If you are looking for the perfect affordable beach location, look no further. Guests should bring their own sheets and towels. We have a strict 'no pet'/'no smoking' policy and you must be over the age of 21 to rent this property.

My 4-year-old son and I loved staying in this beautiful, cozy cottage that is only about a 5-10 minute walk on little legs to the very kid-friendly Haigis Beach! Ingrid and Greg were incredibly warm and gracious hosts and we couldn’t have been happier. The kitchenette was exceptionally convenient with everything we needed to cook at home, and we slept like logs in the very comfy bed after long beach days. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The location of the condo was great, centrally located to so many restaurants and activities. The hosts were responsive and helpful with questions. The space is clean and is a short walk to Haigis Beach. There is a lamp post right outside the unit that makes the room bright at night, so definitely bring a sleep mask! Overall we liked the location and quiet neighborhood.

Very nice studio, I rented it last year also. My only complaint is, which I have mentioned before, is that ir is very bright at night due to an outside light. Also, as I am aging, it is harder for me to get up off of low furniture and the couch is quite low. So I didn't feel like I had a comfortable place to sit when watching TV in the evening.

Location and communication with host were great! the back patio is great, larger than appears in pictures, with a picnic table as well. Some things to note if you’re a sensitive sleeper; the full size bed is an older mattress with a foam topper and there is an outside lamppost right outside of the window that cannot be turned off. Also if you’re sensitive to musty smells, be aware. Might be unavoidable in a beach town but this is an older unit with older characteristics and smells.

We had a great visit staying here for a week. The studio is small, but they make good use of the space and had everything my partner and I needed for a week stay, especially for the price being better than most nearby.The living space was good for two people, though I do think it would begin to feel cramped with any more than that. I really liked the outdoor patio and spent most of my mornings and late nights out there.The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to either re-heat leftovers and to save a bit of money cooking. The coffee maker was a pleasant addition and let us linger around in the morning a bit longer while sipping coffee to wake up.The location is nice. A short walk to a few public beaches and plenty of food options that you don't need to hop in the car for. Being only an hour away from Provincetown, 30 minutes from the National Seashore, an hour and half from Boston, and three hours from Salem was also nice as everywhere we wanted to visit never seemed too far away. If I had to make any complaints, it would be that the bed was rather uncomfortable, but that was a minor issue from an otherwise great stay. I would likely stay here again when back on the Cape.

Perfect studio

Long Weekend

My stay in June was a long weekend getaway. It is the perfect place for one or two people. The full kitchen and outdoor deck make it a better choice than a hotel stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, the property is well maintained, and it is very close to the beach too. The homeowners are so helpful and responsive. I enjoyed my stay.

My perfect getaway

This studio was the perfect stay for my solo getaway. Not only was the property clean and convenient, but it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I never felt unsafe throughout my stay. Cozy Studio

This end unit studio was a peaceful retreat for a summer vacation. It was nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and restaurants. The outdoor patio was a perfect spot to relax following a long day at the beach. The owners were very attentive with a problem I encountered and showed up a few hours after I contacted them to fix the problem. I enjoyed my stay!

Would change two things only. I do not like the smell of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Unscented detergent and no dryer sheets (if they were used) please. Also less decoration especially on surfaces would be very appreciated. Otherwise it suits us perfectly!! Would stay again.

Splendid studio

Very clean and comfortable studio in a very convenient spot on the Cape. Equally easy to get to the beaches in Orleans then Provincetown, or to get to Falmouth or the Cape Cod Canal. Adorably decorated with a seaside theme, great patio out back with grill, full kitchen, welcoming bottles of seltzer, assortment of Kuerig coffee pods, impeccably clean, free parking, and all on one level with no stairs to climb. The few questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this unit enough!
