Location was perfect, very short walk to the public beach access. Literally 2 or 3 minutes from your door to the sand. The property was clean, bed and couch bed both comfortable. Kitchen furnished nicely, loved the washer and dryer. The AC was super cold. We enjoyed the pool daily! Parking was great, walk up one flight of stairs to your door. The neighborhood was quiet and traffic was not bad at all. Never had trouble pulling out onto FBR. Close to pier park and lots of good restaurants plus close to Thomas Doughnuts, a PCB staple! I traveled with my daughter, 21 and my son, 27. The condo is small but perfect for 2-3 people. We will definitely return to this property!
