MY HAPPY PLACE! BEACHFRONT! FREE BEACH CHAIRS MARCH THROUGH OCTOBER!

Welcome to our Happy Place! Look at that View!!! We are located on the second floor. Sleeps up to 4! Kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils! Has 2 Queen size beds. Fitness center on the 3rd floor and a laundry on every other floor. Large Pool with a kiddie Pool. Common area balconies throughout the complex, sorry we do not have a private balcony. Picnic area with grills and picnic tables for your family outings! Snack Bar by pool open seasonal! Best place to watch the sunrise and sunset is on the upper deck above the snack bar. Shuffle Board! Beachfront and only steps to the beach! We are just waiting on you!

There is a age restriction of 21 years old for one guest staying at The top of the gulf. This is a Non-smoking unit. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.

The complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. Close to popular restaurants and bars Tootsie’s, Pineapple Willy’s and Hammerhead Fred’s.

Beautiful condo with countless amenities. Great access to the clean (east-central) side of the beach. Lots of options for the kids and children within the adults. Nice and serene…definitely a great getaway.

The host was Amazing, she checked in on us multiple times! The house is adorable with soo many amenities. There are soo many things for your family and friends to do without ever leaving the property. And the location is Fabulous, across the street from the beach, and just a short stroll to the beach access. To top it off, the property is dog friendly!

"My Happy Place" condo was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need, from kitchen supplies and towels etc. the decor was beautiful throughout, and the view was very good, the owners always responded very quickly either by email or txt. the "Top of the Gulf" is a great value, right on the beach, nice pool and games, and a nice workout center. The check in is the easiest that I've experienced. Everything is just as pictured on line. It's very quiet and family friendly. Restaurants, shopping, groceries are all so close and the area is very easy to navigate, a great spot, the condo isn't on the main road, so you don't get the road noise like some others where we have stayed., so we always sleep well, the beds are comfy as well in "My Happy Place". We will definitely be back again !! The beach chairs are Big plus as well

My husband Doug, my daughter Madison, and I (Paula) love Panama City Beach! Growing up in Georgia my family would come to Panama City Beach every year. So when I met Doug (he grew up in Las Vegas, NV) I had to take him to the world's most beautiful beaches of the gulf of Mexico and he loved it also. He couldn't believe it had white sand and the water is warm from about April thru October. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love that the Top of the gulf is right on the ocean. You don't even have to get out of the bed to see the beautiful ocean view! Close to attractions, shopping and our favorite restaurants! The complex is clean and well kept.

What makes this property unique

The Complex is small and family friendly. Its is also walking distance to the major night clubs if you want to go but far enough away if you don't. It has common area balconies or you can just open your window and enjoy the breeze! Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and also a kiddie pool.
