About this space
Bring the entire family to this amazing newly built retreat on Kelleys Island. With plenty of room either for a large family, 2 families, or for a perfect time away.
We have room to relax on the spacious deck outside with a bar and TV, the large living room, and the kids room with a foosball table.
We also have a great fire pit in the back yard and a fish cleaning table outside for a group of fishermen.
The space
A full 1 acre lot that is partially wooded and on a quiet dead end street. 0.5 miles from Kelleys Island Winery and 1.5 miles to the downtown and/or the ferry dock.
Guest access
Large half circle driveway able to easily handle trailers and several cars. Perfect for fisherman!!

Spacious property with large deck & plenty of parking. Good for large groups. We hosted 30 people for dinner 2 nights. Located on quiet woodsy street . Kitchen stocked with dishes & cookware . Electric skillet was bonus, bbq grill in great working order. Plenty of towels & linens. Good communication with host. Outside bar with tv another bonus. Lots of outdoor seating. Too windy for a fire but nice fire pit area. Perfect for our family reunion. Highly recommend!
