The prestigious Indian Wells Country Club (IWCC) is located behind 24/7 guarded gates with 24/7 security patrols for your privacy and safety.
Experience luxury living in this elegant and comfortable 4,400 sq. home situation on a fabulous double lot adjacent to the clubhouse. This property offers breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa mountains and a spectacular golf courses with a fountain oasis beyond.
The elegant foyer opens to a separate beautifully appointed living room with a magnificent fireplace over looking the pool and extended views. The formal dining room with full bar is also located off the elegant foyer.
There is a large kitchen with pantry which includes a casual dining area and TV room with all of the sports channels to boot. Laundry room is near. There is a passthrough to the outdoor barbecue and additional out door dining. The nearby fire pit is essential for cozy evenings and star gazing.
The 75 foot of automatic awnings protects one on an afternoon swim.
The bedroom suites include full bath, spacious closets, smart TVs and private landscaped patios.
The home is tailored for high-end visitors who appreciate art and expensive amenities. Gardener, saltwater pool, and pest control services are included for your convenience.
