A brand-new heated and chilled pool anchors the outdoor space, offering the perfect place to cool off in the afternoon or enjoy a peaceful swim as the sky turns to sunset. Multiple covered seating areas provide plenty of room to lounge, dine, or simply take in the view, while the outdoor fireplace and TV create a second living room under the open air. The bubbling hot tub, surrounded by wide-open scenery, gives you a relaxing spot to wind down at the end of any adventure. A full outdoor kitchen—complete with built-in grill, counter space, and bar seating—makes it easy to enjoy meals outside, and the ping pong table and pickleball court bring even more ways to play. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger. The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations.

We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer

- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

This property is located off a gravel road.

***** General Pool Policy *****
- Pool heat must be turned on or off for the entire stay (cannot be adjusted daily).
- Pool heating must be requested and paid at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
- Please note: Pool heaters can generally only increase the water temperature by about 30°F above the outside air temperature.

*** Late Requests ***
- Requests made within 48 hours of arrival or after check-in will be subject to a $50 surcharge.
- Last-minute pool heating requests can only be handled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

*** Fees & Refunds ***
- Pool heating fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of running the pool heater, regardless of weather conditions or usage.

*** Weather Limitations ***
- If the outside temperature drops below 32°F at night, pool heating will not be available.
- Pool heaters are not equipped to operate in freezing conditions, and requests during such times will be declined.
