Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
You can check out anytime before 11 am. If you wish to extend your stay, please notify us 24 hours prior.
We ask that you leave all bedding on the beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-out is at 11 AM. Late stays incur a $50 fee after 11:15, plus $25 for every additional 30 minutes. Notify us 24 hrs in advance.
Guest agrees to release the Host from any liability for injury or damage during the stay, both inside and outside the property.
By confirming this booking, the Guest acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement and all house rules.

Hi! We're Madi and James, your hosts during your stay at The Hansell House. We’re both originally from Alabama—James went to the University of Georgia, and Madi went to LSU—so things get fun around here during football season!

We moved to Thomasville in 2021 from Alabama and quickly fell in love with the small-town charm, sense of community, and slower pace of life. We live nearby and love sharing our favorite parts of the area with guests. Whether it’s your first visit or a return trip, we hope you’ll fall in love with this town like we have.
When we’re not hosting, you’ll find us working on home renovation projects, grabbing coffee at our favorite spot (Pasco Coffee Shop), or hunting for antiques.

We fell in love with this neighborhood the first time we visited—it’s full of charm, character, and that unmistakable small-town warmth that makes Thomasville so special. Located in the heart of the historic district, it’s just a few quiet blocks from downtown, where you’ll find brick-lined streets, locally owned shops, restaurants, and beautiful parks.

The neighborhood feels peaceful and walkable, with friendly neighbors and historic homes that tell their own stories. We love sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee in the mornings or strolling downtown for dinner and live music in the evenings. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down and really enjoy your time.
