It is the Perfect Home Base for your Hot Springs Getaway! Located in the Historic District, just 2 Blocks from Central Ave. *FREE ONSITE PARKING

After a Day out Exploring, Snuggle into the King Size Bed and Relax or Stream a Movie on the 42" Smart TV.

The Ensuite features a Custom Tile Shower and Complimentary Toiletries.

The Clementine is Side "A" of a Duplex with the Tangerine next door! If you are Traveling with Family or Friends and want to stay close, inquire about Renting BOTH!

*The Laundry Area offers 2 Washers and 2 Dryers (available at no charge and complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are provided).

Your hosts are local Realtors and are available should you need anything during your stay! You will have our cell phones in case you need immediate assistance, or you can message us through the app. We love hosting guests in our beautiful city and our goal is for your vacation to be memorable!

Ambiance was spot on! Kitchen was very well appointed. The bathroom door prevented privacy due to a problem with closing it. The shower was very small, preventing my 6 foot 190 pound husband from being able to wash and rinse sufficiently. The mattress was worn and hard, as we noticed we were unintentionally moving to the dip in the center.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and decor, and appreciated the stocked kitchen, Ron! I wish you had reached out about the bathroom door, we were not aware it was not closing properly. The shower is a 3x3 tile shower, sorry to read it was not sufficient for your husband. The king mattress is less than a year old, so I will be checking the bed supports to see if there is something we need to address, the mattress is definitely not worn and the firmness is medium. If you had reached out, we would have had a team member over immediately as we strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful stay!

I LOVE this little house! It is so cute, the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend making waffles from the waffle bar provided in the kitchen. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants and cute shops. Most importantly, the mattress was awesome and this was the best sleep I've ever gotten away from home. When we visit Hot Springs again, we will definitely be staying here. Melissa is also very prompt in getting back to you if you need anything. :)
