Villa Bahia and Villa Kallaayan are each composed of 3 bedrooms, for a total of 6 bedrooms across the two properties. Situated just 35 meters from each other, nestled in a quiet alley, both have their own independent entrance, making this an ideal choice for large groups or families travelling together, offering the perfect blend of private space and shared moments.

This vacation rental is located in a residential area of Seminyak, the fashionable seaside resort of Bali, just minutes from the beach with its fabulous sunsets and from Oberoi Street, known for its restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Villa Bahia:

Once you pass through the entrance door, a beautiful Buddha statue welcomes you into a bright, open-plan living space with high ceilings, seamlessly connecting the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. From the family-friendly sofa, you can enjoy gorgeous views of the lush tropical garden, the wooden deck and the superb 12 x 5 meter infinity pool.

This modern and luxurious villa features three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, and a spacious dressing room, all overlooking the pool and garden. Two are situated on either side of the living and dining area, while the third opens directly onto the pool and has its own outdoor bathtub, perfectly sheltered for complete privacy.

Villa Kallayaan:

This property is a sober and elegant space where modern and traditional architecture blend harmoniously.

It is located just minutes away from the beaches of Seminyak, renowned for their beautiful sunsets but also the equally famous Oberoi Street with some of the most famous shops, bars and restaurants in Bali.
You will enter the villa by the living room, which opens onto the tropical garden and the pool. On your left is the long bar of the fully equipped kitchen.

The villa has 2 master bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a detached bathroom that can accommodate two adults. The two main bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, one of them even has a beautiful terrazzo bathtub lined by exotic plants and trees, where you can relax while gazing at the sky.
The lush tropical garden surrounds the beautiful swimming pool where you can cool down and around which you can sunbathe comfortably installed in sunbeds provided for this purpose.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in Bali, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we always provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa.
