Bali style villa 5 minutes from ubud center!

ENJOYED NATURE OF UBUD...

Our goal is to create a stress-free Bali experience for you.We included free suttle to ubud center between 9 am until 5 pm and ours rate included hearty breakfasts.

We also will be very happy to arrange your activities,air port pick up/anywhere in bali and half day/ full day TOURS.

Lunch and dinners are available at the villa with additional cost.

We also manage a beautiful villa in our style, right next door, sleeps 12. Message us for more information.

*The Space*

A full kitchen is available for cooking, or ask our staff to prepare lunches and/or dinners for you at nominal cost. We are happy to arrange barbecues, birthday and anniversary celebrations. Each bedroom has a TV with cable and international channels. There is a DVD player in the Family Room.

Two alcoves, each with 2 daybeds, clothes cabinets, mosquito nets, and access to toilet and washbasin can be used as sitting areas or can be made up as sleeping areas. The daybeds serve as comfortable single beds. Additional floor mattresses are available for larger groups with children, and baby cribs are also available.

Daily housekeeping is included of course. Fresh flowers and tropical fruits are also present for your enjoyment.

Gym equipment is available. In-house massage can be arranged.

Wonderful stay at the Heron Villa

A group of us -11 people total- just spent 4 nights at the Heron Villa and had a wonderful time there. The villa is gorgeous and the caretakers -Wayan and Jeffri- are super nice, competent and attentive. They cooked delicious dinners for us 3 out of the 4 nights we were there and were able to organize very affordable and delightful onsite massages. Gusty, the driver who works for the villa, took us all over the place and was very accommodating and patient. All in all a great experience!

Amazing!!!

This villa exceded or expectations!! They even prepared breakfast for us in the morning! Quiet zen! We had 8 girls and there was plenty of room in all the common areas. They thought of everything! They even picked us up from the airport. The pool is gorgeous!! And the veiw of the rice patty is beautiful.

Ubud Delight (with hiccups)

Beautiful property accurately depicted in the photos. Staff are very good. Breakfast was lovely though a little short on fresh fruit at times and there were no pastries offered as shown in the photographs. Double booking catastrophe for the first 2 nights which was a 3 way responsibility ie Stayz, guest and owner were all at fault but we had a lovely 5 nights instead of 7.

Villa Héron

Cette villa est superbe, de belles prestations et un endroit magique avec des rizières comme horizon. Et proche du centre de Ubud, 15mn car circulation très embouteillée. Jimmy, le gérant, très à l'écoute. Les petits déjeuners comme les repas préparés à notre demande, par le staff du personnel charmant et discret, étaient aussi beaux que délicieux. Un super séjour en famille , 12 personnes inoubliable.

Happy stay in Ubud

The setting with the rice fields as a backdrop is lovely. There was plenty of space for our family of 14 and we appreciated the availability of an extra driver on several occasions. Staff offer a nice variety of breakfast options from Nasi Goreng to omelets to pancakes which all ages seemed to enjoy. The pool was great for the kids and adults enjoyed the lounge chairs by the pool. Staff was available during the day but pretty much left guests to themselves. If in Ubud I would be glad to stay here again..

I was born & raised in Ubud. Bali is my home, and I enjoy sharing its beauty and Hindu culture with guests. I live nearby the Villa with my wife - a lawyer - and our young son. My father is an artist and my mother works for the village credit union. I trained in hospitality at a good school in Denpasar, and have worked in tourism in Bali for 12 years. I enjoy making our guests feel comfortable and at home.

I will also be your driver on Bali, and can arrange an additional driver and minibus for larger groups.

Why they chose this property

Wayan Jimmy’s home is located in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
Our village, Kutuh Kaja, is in the rice fields and close by Petulu, the heron bird sanctuary. We are a mix of some foreigners and many Balinese. There are local restaurants within walking distance and a well-stocked convenience store.

Ubud has become a food mecca with a wide variety of cuisines and prices. We have information on many of them and will be happy to make recommendations.

What makes this property unique

Our fee includes full breakfasts cooked to order by our excellent chef. He will also cook lunches and dinners for an additional fee. Or your group is free to use our kitchen to prepare your meals.

We provide baby cribs, and can arrange your rental of bamboo fencing to protect small children at the pool.

We offer free shuttle service to Ubud center from 8am to 8pm.
