Excellent place to stay while visiting Eureka Springs. Right outside of downtown, we were able to take advantage of just about everything we wanted to do while we were in town.

We enjoyed our stay! We walked to everything. As far as the room, it was exactly presented as the pics we looked at. It was very clean and nicer than some places we've stayed. Would highly recommend!

This rental was super cute, and so well laid out for comfort. The hosts were super easy to talk to and answered questions right away. The directions were very clear on what to do for the rental and the place was very well maintained. I would suggest comfortable shoes if you are walking instead of driving to the downtown area.

This was our second time staying in flat and it certainly won't be our last! Just like our first visit, it was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. Quiet and cozy spot. The host’s communication is always fantastic, making check-in and check-out an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect spot for my wife and I. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the location. It's cozy and quiet. Even seen deer roaming around. Property has off street parking, so there's no worries about finding parking. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to historic downtown. We enjoy walking, so this was great. Easy access to property. Great communication from owners. They even recommended places for us to eat and find entertainment. We definitely recommend!!!

What a great place in Eureka! The location alone is worth five stars – we were within walking distance of downtown and had a trolley stop right across the street, making it incredibly easy to get around. The dedicated parking spot was nice to not have to worry about looking for parking downtown.The full kitchen and amenities gave us the option to cook if we wanted, and the studio layout made it so easy to unwind with different options to lounge in bed or on the couch to watch tv. The decor had this great industrial-rustic vibe with just enough personality and quirkiness to make it feel special rather than generic.The hosts went above and beyond – they were proactive in communicating throughout and gave us genuinely great recommendations for local spots that we wouldn’t have found on our own. I HIGHLY recommend the ice cream shop next door, the berry cobbler reminded me of my great grandmas. It would be dangerous to live that close to that place, I would be there every day!Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
